and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions
and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and
conditions, please do not use this site.
Customer Appreciation
Through out the year weapon parts will give a surprise discount to certain items. The buyer must keep watching as we will not advise of the items to be selected. Prior to payment, the final price will show how much we appreciate Weapon Parts Customers.
Shipping Information
Products are shipped UPS or USPS. WEAPON PARTS.COM
reserves the right to change and alter shipping methods from those
selected at checkout without notice. Some exceptions of products that
may be shipped USPS Priority Mail would be packages shipped to Alaska,
Hawaii, APOs, and US Territories. Lost or damaged items are the
responsibility of UPS, USPS, or the customer. UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day
Air, 3rd Day Air, and Insurance is available upon request and at the
customer's expense.
Return Information
WEAPON PARTS.COM, offers a 10 day return, refund and
exchange policy. You must contact (email or phone) WEAPON PARTS.COM, prior to any return, refund, or exchange to receive a RMA number.
All returns must include the original receipt and invoice, along with
the billing address, shipping address, contact phone numbers, contact
emails, and RMA number. Returns, refunds, and exchanges will take up
to two weeks, not including transit times. Returns, refunds, and

Items that are unused and in the original sealed packaging can be
returned subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the packaging has been
opened or damaged on the unused product, the product can be returned
subject to a 25% restocking fee. The return must include accessories,
manuals, documentation, and registration that were shipped with the
product. Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to
refunds. Products that are not subject to returns are custom
configured products, used products, special orders, and items sold "as
is" or "used".
It is recommended that you return merchasnise with a carrier that
offers tracking numbers and full value insurance on the parcels. WEAPON PARTS.COM cannot be responsible for any packages that are lost
while being shipped to us. Please note that the USPS Priority Mail
does not offer tracking capabilities on packages, and they will only
initiate a trace on packages after a 30 day waiting period.
Warranty Disclaimer
This
site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is"
and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the
fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, WEAPON PARTS.COM. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but
not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose and non-infringement. WEAPON PARTS.COM. does
not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will
be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or
that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of
viruses or other harmful components. WEAPON PARTS.COM does not
make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the
materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy,
adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states
do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above
limitations may not apply to you.

damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the
materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if WEAPON PARTS.COM. has been advised of the possibility of such
damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of
liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In
the event that a WEAPON PARTS.COM. product is mistakenly listed
at an incorrect price, WEAPON PARTS.COM . reserves the right to
refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect
price. WEAPON PARTS.COM. reserves the right to refuse or cancel
any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your
credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for
the purchase and your order is cancelled, WEAPON PARTS.COM. shall
issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the
incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These
terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site
and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and
conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by WEAPON PARTS.COM. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions
relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability,
Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

WEAPON PARTS.COM. may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a
general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address
you have provided to WEAPON PARTS.COM.
