The J169W has a modular bezel in front, which can beused as an attacking bezel by Law Enforcement personnel or as adefensive tool. ATN Javelin J169W FlashlightIt can also be used as apowerful defensive flashlight. In a dark atmosphere, if an assailant isafflicted by the 169 lumens of the J169W flashlight, they willexperience approximately 10 seconds of transient blindness.
